Victory Program Scholars@Lesley

Victory Program opens the door to hope, recovery, and community for individuals and families facing homelessness, addiction, or other chronic health conditions. They offer individualized care from a strengths-based philosophy to help their clients identify, and achieve their personal goals. In practical terms, they meet people where they are and help them address the unique challenges that stand in the way of stability, safety, independence, and participation in community life.

Eligibility

Victory Program Scholars@Lesley Program is intended for students enrolled in our Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program: non-specialization (full-time or part-time) as well as our Master of Social Work (MSW) program (full-time or part-time).

Program Details

The program starts annually in the Fall. Each Victory Program Scholar will receive a generous scholarship, a guaranteed internship at Victory Program, and the opportunity to be part of a cohort model to build a community of support throughout their careers as counselors. Victory Program is also committed to offering priority consideration employment that matches the skills, experience level, and professional interests of each Victory Program Scholar upon graduation.

How to Apply

Candidates who apply to the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program (non-specialization) or the Master of Social Work (MSW) program are automatically considered for this new scholarship program. When completing the application, please be sure to check the box in the online application. We select Victory Program Scholars on a rolling basis until all seats are filled. All spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Vinfen Scholars@Lesley

Established in 1977, Vinfen is a nonprofit health and human services organization and a leading provider of community-based services to individuals with mental health conditions, intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and behavioral health challenges. Vinfen transforms lives by building the capacity of individuals, families, organizations, and communities to learn, thrive, and achieve their goals.
